Return Policy
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be in unopened resalable and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards.DisposableMedSupply will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.
Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. To obtain your RA number simply email us at DisposableMedSupplies@comcast.net 24/7.
Delivery
All orders placed by 12:00 PM EST are shipped the same day (subject to stock availability). Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Special and custom orders may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please email us if you have any questions about your order or shipping timeframe. All shipments are discretely and safely packaged.

For your convenience we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. You can also pay by E-check or send your payment to the address above. Please note that it make take 3-4 business days for your check to clear before the order is shipped. Payments by check that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 penalty fee.
Sales Tax
Illinois shipments only: 7.25% IL. State sales tax will be applied to all taxable merchandise. No sales tax will be charged to orders delivered outside of the state of Illnoise.
